Surah Al-Ahzab 33:61

مَّلْعُونِينَ ۖ أَيْنَمَا ثُقِفُوٓا۟ أُخِذُوا۟ وَقُتِّلُوا۟ تَقْتِيلًا

Accursed wherever they are found, [being] seized and massacred completely.

Translation: Saheeh International

Tafsir

Accursed banished from mercy shall they be wherever they are found they shall be seized and slain violently that is to say that is the ruling concerning them — meant as a command for the Prophet.
