Surah Ghafir 40:23

وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا وَسُلْطَـٰنٍ مُّبِينٍ

And We did certainly send Moses with Our signs and a clear authority

Translation: Saheeh International

And verily We sent Moses with Our signs and a clear warrant an evident and manifest proof
