Surah Fussilat 41:2

تَنزِيلٌ مِّنَ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

[This is] a revelation from the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful -

Translation: Saheeh International
