Surah Al-Buruj 85:13

إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ يُبْدِئُ وَيُعِيدُ

Indeed, it is He who originates [creation] and repeats.

Translation: Saheeh International

Assuredly it is He Who originates creation and restores and is never thwarted in what He wills
